Manual Beam Line Machine - Heavy-duty H/I beam fabrication

A hydraulic, manual beam line for handling, drilling and preparing beam sections — especially suited for metro/railway FOBs and structural members where controlled manual operation is preferred.
  • Max job width: 2500 mm
  • Max job length: up to 14,000 mm
  • Complete hydraulic unit for clamping/feeding
  • Designed for metro & railway FOB (foot over bridge) and heavy structural work
  • Handles very long and wide beams with hydraulic assistance.
  • Ideal when custom/large beam lengths are required.
  • Lower capital cost and flexible operation for varying beam profiles.

Hydraulic Iron Worker -IW 60S

Fast, accurate punching, shearing and notching for structural steel.

The IW 60S hydraulic iron worker is a robust multi-function machine for punching, shearing, notching and bending structural sections and plates — ideal for pre-engineered building (PEB) fabrication where high throughput and reliable holes/cuts are required.

  • Punching (flange/web holes)
  • Shearing (flat bars, angle, light plate)
  • Notching and simple bending operations
  • Speeds up hole punching and trimming operations.
  • Reduces manual labour and improves repeatability.
  • Compact, easy to operate for a variety of steel sections.

C & Z Roll Forming Machine -Max Purlin Depth 300 mm

High-precision roll former for C- and Z-purlins used in roof/wall framing. Designed for medium-to-heavy purlin production with in-line drilling/punching capabilities.
  • Punching (flange/web holes)
  • Shearing (flat bars, angle, light plate)
  • Notching and simple bending operations
  • High output for continuous purlin profiles.
  • In-line punching/drilling reduces secondary operations.
  • Accurate, repeatable profiles for PEB roof/wall systems.
  • Roof purlins
  • Girts
  • Secondary framing elements

ABW 1500 - Twin-nozzle H-Beam Welding Machine

A purpose-built H-beam welding machine for PEB applications with twin nozzles enabling simultaneous root and face welding for fast, consistent built-up beams.
  • Max job width: 1500 mm
  • Max flange plate width: 450 mm
  • Max flange thickness: up to 32 mm
  • Twin-nozzle arrangement: one nozzle for root, the other for final weld simultaneously
  • Daily capacity example: 20 MT welding/day; typical built-up output ~40 units/day of 1200 mm long sections (capacity depends on configuration)
  • High throughput for H-beam welding.
  • Superior weld consistency using dual-nozzle simultaneous welding.
  • Reduces time for built-up beam production.

SAW Welding System - High-efficiency, industrial welding

Field-proven submerged arc welding system (CC-CV) designed for heavy welding tasks, gouging and continuous high-quality weld deposits across carbon steel, stainless, aluminium alloys (with appropriate consumables).
  • CC-CV power source suitable for MMA, gouging and SAW processes.
  • Works with carbon steel, stainless and aluminium (using recommended consumables).
  • Compensates for ±15% input voltage fluctuation for consistent welds.
  • Built-in thermostat for overload/overheat protection.
  • IP23 rated for tough environments.
  • Voltage Input: 380 – 575 VAC, 50/60 Hz (wide compatibility).
  • Large welding hopper capacity: 10 kg / 7 liters for longer continuous welding.
  • High power factor (≈95%) → energy efficient vs older transformer units.
  • Advanced control of welding speed and penetration → better weld quality & productivity.

Standing Seam Machine

A sheeting machine is used to convert steel coils into roofing and wall cladding sheets. The machine works by passing the coil through rollers that gradually bend the metal into the required shape. Once formed, the sheets are cut to size using a hydraulic cutting system. These sheets are widely used in factories, warehouses, industrial sheds, and residential buildings because they are strong, durable, and corrosion-resistant.
  • Cover Width: 1010 mm | Sheet Width: 1075 mm
  • Crest Height: 30 mm | Pitch: 202 mm
  • Thickness Range: 0.30 mm – 1.5 mm
  • Material: PPGL / PPGI Steel Coils
  • Coating Options: AZ70 to AZ200 with RMP, SMP, SDP, or PVDF finish
  • Accurate shaping through heavy-duty rollers
  • Hydraulic cutting for neat and precise lengths
  • Easy operation with PLC-based control system
  • High production speed (10–20 m/min)
  • Produces long-lasting, corrosion-resistant sheets
